We have MySQL version update taking place tonight to latest version of MySQL to optimize database operations and lower the load and improve speeds.
We will be taking a snapshot of the entire database before we proceed. So, if you notice your forums/blogs non operable tonight than the reason is the upgrades.
We hope that the scripts you are using are all upto date and support MySQL version 5+ Please note that MySQL has reached its EOL like PHP 4 did, and more can be read here : http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/4.1/en/ . We have to eventually upgrade to version 5 and that time is tonight
