As you guys might have noticed your sites were down yet again :( . Sorry about the same, but seems like our management company patched the kernel over the weekend and now the firewall is having issues, so whats happening is that firewall is blocking everyone from accessing any services on the server, even our shell access, ftp access and so on.. So, even though server is working fine in the back, the firewall just fails on us, and goes to block state.
We have asked our management to either fix it, or expect to be removed. We have started looking into new management companies.
Sorry once again, this is not acceptable neither by you nor by ourselves. Hoping to resolve this issue once and for all.
